We focus on sports and relaxing stays for families with small children

Both the ground floor and the Wellness area are equipped with underfloor heating, which is convenient for skiers and children in winter

The garden also includes a large trampoline with an inner net for greater safety for children, an outdoor heated swimming pool with a solar shower, archery, a children's playhouse, badminton and petanque.

There is also a large garden house (3.5 m X 3.5 m) in the garden, which will be used for your bikes, skis, strollers, etc.

Bedrooms and rooms: 5 newly equipped, spacious rooms, each more than 22 m² in size

Green 4-bedded room with a double bed and a single bed with a pull-out extra bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe

Blue 4-bed room with a double bed and two single beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers

Orange 6-bed room with a double bed, a separate single bed, a bunk bed with an extended lower bed 140 cm wide, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe

Brown 5-bed room with a double bed, a bunk bed with an extended lower bed with a width of 140 cm, bedside tables and a chest of drawers

Room on the ground floor 3 - bedded with a double bed and a wider single bed (120 cm), a cot and two chests of drawers

Additional 2 baby cots in any room free of charge on request.

Sanitary facilities: There are a total of 3 separate bathrooms in the cottage

The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 sinks and one is lowered for the comfort of your children

The bathroom has heated floors, a ladder radiator and a large rain shower

The second downstairs bathroom also has underfloor heating, a ladder radiator and a rain shower

There is also a new washing machine and dryer

The third and largest bathroom is located in the attic and is equipped with double sinks across the width of the bathroom, ladder radiator, classic radiator and bath

In the attic there is also a separate toilet with a small sink

In total, the cottage has four toilets

For families with small children, the cottage is equipped with a bathtub

Towels and toilet paper included in the price of the stay.

Heating: The cottage is equipped with a modern condensing gas boiler, which guarantees an inexhaustible supply of hot water

The cottage is new and insulated

Your energy consumption will be minimal even in winter

Electricity consumption CZK 8/Kwh and water consumption CZK 95/m³.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly in front of the cottage - there are 6 parking spaces available (gravel surface)

Near our cottage there are restaurants u Trojica and u Čmeláků, approx

By car, you can reach the restaurant on Čertovce, the restaurant Kačenka on the Mountain of the Mother of God and the newly opened Hotel Rotter in Králíky

Of course, there is also a restaurant right on the Buková Hora slope

Or by car to nearby Suchý vrch, where there is also a bistro and a restaurant

Data-unlimited internet throughout the cottage (4x Wifi) with a speed of up to 100 Mbit/s

Skiers and children will appreciate the floor heating on the ground floor

In the morning your shoes will be warm and the floor will be dry :-)

A larger group will certainly appreciate the 10 l water heater for tea or coffee

You won't have to make tea repeatedly at breakfast

Another novelty is the buffet heater 3 x 2 liters for keeping the temperature at breakfast or during barbecues

For more fun, we also equipped the cottage with a JBL party speaker.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the summer and winter season, only weekly rental of the cottage is possible (Sat - Sat)

The price then starts at 350.- per person

Off-season 285.-

Check-in for a weekly stay is always on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. If you are late, please let us know in advance

End of stay on Saturday by 9:00.

Off-season weekly stays cost 250.- per person

Weekend prices are for 2 nights, Fri - Sun

The cottage is returned cleaned, but it is possible to pay for the final cleaning

Since the cottage is large, cleaning costs CZK 2,000

A fee of CZK 1,000 is charged for an excessively dirty hot tub upon departure.

The consumption of electricity, water and gas will be determined upon departure by subtracting hours/m³

Energy comes out on average at full occupancy in the summer months at 1,500 CZK/week and in the winter months at 3,500 CZK/week, including sauna and whirlpool.

A deposit of CZK 10,000 is payable upon arrival

Hot tub, sauna, table football, darts, grill, parking, internet, etc

they are not charged, so they are included in the price.
