The cottage has been providing a new common room since January 2021, which is accessible from the corridor and is soundproofed from the living area

The common room has a kitchen with hob, dishwasher and large fridge, all behind a stylish bar counter.

The complex has a multi-purpose volleyball / soccer field with net, petanque court, table tennis, Russian skittles, Finnish sauna, large dartboard and covered pergola with fireplace + outdoor fireplace + large grill (2 x grill + needle with thigh motor) ), spacious ski / bike room, swimming pool, trampoline, facilities for children with swings, slide, climbing wall, cable car, carousel and sandpit
