The cottage is in a pleasant environment at Pivonice 39, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, at the foot of the hill with the ruins of Zubštejn Castle

Families with children will especially like staying with us, but also cyclists, athletes, lovers of natural and cultural monuments, nature lovers, etc.

Our guests can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the garden or by the fireplace

At the neighboring house (where the owners live) it is possible to use a swimming pool, a pergola with a grill and smokehouse, a children's playground or perhaps a Finnish sauna

Relaxation and sports can be found in abundance in the immediate vicinity

We offer accommodation just 5 km from Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, approx. 50 km northwest of Brno at the border of the Žďárské vrchy protected area and the nature park Svratecká pahorkatina

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and only in the "Azul" apartment for a fee of CZK 500

We currently offer accommodation in the barrier-free apartment "Azul" on the ground floor and the apartment "Atíco" in the attic

!!! Attention - common outdoor areas are intended for guests from both apartments

If the entire cottage is not ordered, it is not possible to guarantee complete privacy here

When only 5 people occupy Apartment Atíco - 5% discount

10% discount when occupying the Atíco Apartment by only 4 or less people.

If the maximum capacity of 8 adults is exceeded, a fee of CZK 350/night is charged for each additional adult in low season, CZK 460 in low season and CZK 580 in high season.

A 10% discount applies to regular clients

(valid for the second and every subsequent stay)

15% discount for stays of 13 or more nights.

It is possible to use the FKSP contribution for the stay

Pets can only be accommodated in the Azul apartment for a one-time fee of CZK 500.

Electricity consumption included in the price

energy, final cleaning, wood for the fireplace, water, bed linen, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, cleaning and hygiene products

At the beginning of the stay, only the mandatory tourist tax to the city of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in the amount of CZK 20/adult/night will be collected

During the summer holidays, it is only possible to book a weekly stay, always from Saturday to Saturday

Check-in from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival or otherwise by agreement

Check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure or otherwise by agreement

When booking - payment of a deposit for accommodation (50% of the total price), additional payment approx. 14 days before the start of the accommodation period, or in cash at the beginning of the accommodation

Cancellation Policy

- more than 14 days before the reserved date, we return the entire amount already paid
