Spacious, generously designed, atypical cottage created by the recent modern reconstruction of the original house from the beginning of the 20th century

It is located semi-secluded with a few houses in the protected landscape area Český les in untouched nature, where time has stopped and where you can still find deep forests and picturesque meadows and hills completely devoid of people

Until 1989, this border area was inaccessible and civilization had not yet caught up with it

An ideal place where you can "clear your head" and gain new strength

The surrounding landscape offers opportunities for hiking and cycling, natural swimming, mushroom picking or adventure trips across the Czech-Bavarian border

In addition to rest and holiday activities, the place is also suitable for holding various courses, concentration or meditation and relaxation stays for smaller groups

The space of the house is unusually bright and airy thanks to the glass facade on both sides, the common room transitioning on the south side into an outdoor wooden terrace with the possibility of shading

The terrace adjoins the garden with a fireplace and trampoline

On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living kitchen with a fold-out dining table, a modern kitchen unit with common appliances, a space for preparing food, a cold cellar for storing drinks and a pantry

A distinctive feature is the luxurious brick fireplace

On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom with a shower, a spacious sauna and a toilet, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer

Bicycles, sports equipment and the like can be stored in the renovated original barn

The upper part of the house is dominated by a common room with original wooden beams that give it a positive, creative atmosphere

In addition to sitting and relaxing, there is also the possibility of group work as part of various courses and thematic stays

There is a concert piano in the room, which can be left open by agreement

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a separate entrance, one with three beds and the other with two beds

The raised space under the roof offers another 2 double beds

The upper floor has a separate bathroom with a bath, shower, two sinks and a toilet.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The house has two separate bedrooms (3 and 2 beds), an attic space with two double beds and a double bed in the area of ​​the 1st floor

The other two beds are in the kitchen

Bed linen is provided.

Sanitary facilities: The house is equipped with two large bathrooms with a toilet

The ground floor bathroom has a shower, sink, sauna, washing machine and dryer

The bathroom in the upper area has a generous bathtub, two sinks and a shower

Towels are available.

Heating: On the ground floor of the house there is a brick fireplace burning wood or wood briquettes

It is a hot-air stove that distributes heat to the upper part of the house, including the bedrooms

The common room can also be heated with a massive glazed cast-iron wood stove

Electric heaters are installed throughout the house

The heating system complements the underfloor heating in the kitchen, both bathrooms and in the hallway.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly in front of the house (up to 5 cars) or under the driveway (20m).

Dining

Standard cooking in the kitchen, the possibility of shopping and dining in a restaurant in nearby Běla nad Radbuzou (3 km)

The famous Rybník restaurant is 10 km away.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a sink built into a separate block with a worktop, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a stove, a convection oven, a classic kitchen unit with cabinets and drawers

The equipment includes porcelain dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and all kitchen utensils

There is a possibility to store food in the pantry with a separate entrance

A separate entrance also has a cool, very spacious cellar

In the kitchen there is a long, extendable dining table for up to 12 people

In the house there is a table tennis table with equipment, table football and table billiards

Three bicycles are available (one for children, one for older children and one for adults) for shorter trips

In the garden there is a possibility to sit by the fireplace or by the grill.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the summer and winter season, we prefer weekly stays, accommodation is also possible for a shorter period at the same price

Weekend stays are only possible in the off-season

All dates are subject to agreement, flexibility is possible

The reservation fee is 50% of the price and is payable within 7 days of arranging the stay

The remaining part is payable no later than 30 days before arrival

Actual energy consumption is added to the price: 4 CZK / kWh + 20 CZK/day

Billing and payment upon departure.

Basket of wood: CZK 50 (or by agreement) - payment upon departure.

Upon departure, the house must be handed over standardly cleaned

A deposit of CZK 5,000 is payable upon arrival and is refundable upon departure.
