We offer accommodation in a smaller family house, located 1 km from the center of the town of Buchlovice

A hiking trail leads around the house to Buchlov Castle (2.5 km), the so-called

"After Yellow"

The house is suitable for families with children, but also for a group of friends

The house includes a small fenced garden with a covered outdoor seating area and the possibility of a barbecue

In the summer there is a swimming pool (3m) with sand filtration and a solar shower

Colder days could be made more pleasant by a Finnish sauna during your stay

In any weather, it is possible to play ping-pong, darts or even a table football tournament

For children, there is a sandpit with toys, a swing and a small slide in the garden.

The amount of the deposit for the reservation is 1/2 of the price of the stay, payable WITHIN 5 days from ordering the stay

Additional information :

Average electricity consumption during a weekly stay

in 2023 it was 40 kWh/week

(rate 9.38 CZK / kWh = 375 CZK / week)

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: village fees (CZK 20 / day)

CANCELLATION OF FEES in case of withdrawal from the contract:

60 - 30 days before the start date 50% of the paid deposit

30 or less days before the start date 100% of the deposit paid

A cancellation fee is not charged if the tenant provides compensation for himself.
