It lies in the picturesque and forgotten parts of the Ore Mountains on the very edge of the village of Bublava, 1km from the border with the German town of Klingental, in sight of the ski area of Skibublav, directly on the cross -country trail

The beauty of the Ore Mountains can be discovered on foot, bike, skiing or cross -country skiing
Forests and mountain meadows are connected directly to the land near the building and are a mushroom paradise

In one of the bedrooms there is an astronomical telescope with which you can observe the sky and thanks to the absolutely clean air you can see a lot.

Heating: Central heated is heating oil / charged on the basis of consumption / and fireplace stoves (free wood).

During the summer and winter season, the cottage is rented for the whole week.

On the spot at handover of the key will be selected a deposit of 5000,-

The price includes - bed linen, wood for heating, fees to the village, final cleaning.

When taking over the key of the cottage, the handover entry is written where the status of the EL meters will be given

For the binding reservation of the deadline, the tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of up to about 50% of the total rental price, or the entire agreed amount at the latest within 5 calendar days from the reservation
The remaining amount of the lease price must be paid to the landlord at the latest in the handover of the keys on the first day of the lease.
Cancel fees:
40 or more days - 0 % will be returned to the entire deposit,
20 - 40 days - 50 % of the price of accommodation
10 - 20 days - 80 % of the price of accommodation
0 - 10 days - 100% of the price of accommodation
There is a ban on smoking and using open fire in the cottage.
There is a ban on fireworks throughout the village of Bublava.
