We offer you pleasant accommodation in a newly renovated house

The accommodation has capacity for 10 people in four rooms + 1 person with the option of an extra bed

3 rooms are located in the main house

The remaining room is located in a smaller house in the garden

It also contains a bathroom and a kitchen

As we are located in a wine region, we offer you wines from domestic winemakers for your stay, which you can taste and also buy when you leave.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and it is possible to use a sofa bed

The rooms have bedside tables and wardrobes for storing things.

Sanitary facilities: The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink

One bathroom is located directly in the building

The second bathroom is located in the house in the yard.

Heating: The entire building is heated by radiators and a fireplace located in the living room.

Transportation, parking: There is a driveway in front of the building, where there is space for several cars

Then you can park in the yard where there is space for 2 cars.

Dining

There is a COOP store opposite the building, and there are 2 restaurants in the village.

Cottage furnishings

The house is fully furnished, there is an equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, built-in oven, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes), bathroom with toilet and shower, rooms with wardrobes, living room with couch, table and Internet TV and dining area

There is also a covered terrace with seating and a wine cellar, a garden shower, parking, and WiFi.

In the months of July and August, it can only be rented for a weekly stay (Saturday-Saturday)

The rest of the year at least 2 nights

Price per night 3500 CZK.

Fees and energy included in the price.

Deposit when ordering 30% of the total amount.

Additional payment one week before arrival.

Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 upon arrival

It will be returned to you upon departure

Cancellation of reservation 30 or more days before arrival - fee 0% of deposit.

Cancellation of reservation 30-11 days before arrival - fee 50% of deposit.

Cancellation of the reservation 10 days before arrival - fee 100% of the deposit.
