This is a permanently unoccupied cottage, which we offer for rent for a family vacation. The building is situated in a quiet location in the Chřiby Mountains. The cottage has on the first floor an apartment 2 + 1 + winter garden, with its own bathroom. equipment, corner whirlpool tub, kitchen, fireplace, TV. On the second floor there are 2 residential units 1 + kk with shared bathroom. equipment. (in the whole building there is 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets). It is possible to rent individual floors of the house or the whole building.
Bedrooms and rooms: 4 x large room with 2 beds + possibility of 2 extra beds for each room, a total of up to 16 beds. (In the summer season it is possible to add extra beds to the winter garden, the number and price on request).
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor - 1 bath with whirlpool + toilet.
On the 1st floor - 1 shower + WC.
(in the whole building there is 2x bathroom, 2x toilet)
Heating: Gas boiler. You can set the temperature yourself during your stay.
Transportation, parking: Free parking in the building for 2 cars, other cars can be parked in the parking lot BalonCentrum.
Catering is available at BalonCentrum ***. (breakfast, half board or full board).
Shop "Jednota" 1 km in the center of village.

City and recreational fees to the village: 10 CZK / person / day.

On the day of arrival we collect a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 (New Year's Eve refundable deposit of CZK 10,000)
For stays shorter than 3 nights we charge a cleaning fee of CZK 1,000.
