Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a large common room with a tiled stove, dining tables with seating for 13 people, a sofa set and a TV with the option of playing from a flash drive

Opposite the common room is an equipped kitchen with an induction hob, convection oven, microwave, juicer, kettle, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer

Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bathroom and a separate toilet, an infrared sauna, a technical room for storing skis and bikes

Upstairs there are three rooms, one with five beds and two with four beds, these rooms have been renovated and are equipped with quality beds

On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and toilet

There is a children's corner between the rooms

There is a WIFI connection in the cottage

Sanitary facilities: 1x separate toilet and bathroom with shower, bidet on the ground floor, bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet on the first floor

Infrared sauna

The bathrooms have a sink with a mirror and bathroom furniture.

Heating: Wood in the tiled stove, which heats a large part of the cottage, a heat pump in the kitchen and living room, electric heaters (mostly not needed).

Transportation, parking: The municipal parking lot is 50m from the cottage or 150m from the ropeway center.

Dining

Restaurant na Kovárná (possibility to order breakfast and dinner) approx. 500m, Restaurant Kolštejn, shop 350m away.

A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is collected upon check-in, this deposit varies depending on the length of stay.

Cancellation Policy

60 or more days before arrival: 0%

Less than 60 days before arrival 25% of the total price of the stay

Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the stay

Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total price of the stay

If the canceled stay is sold, it is possible to agree on an alternative date with the owner without a cancellation fee.
