The studio has a double bed, a sofa bed and a TV

There is a kitchenette with a microwave oven, a toaster with a waffle maker and an electric kettle.

You enter the spacious bathroom with toilet directly from the room

If interested, it is possible to use the summer kitchen, where the stove is located.

Price for the entire cottage per week: CZK 26,000.

Price for an apartment per week for 1-4 people: 12,000 CZK.

Price for a studio per week when occupied by 1-2 people: CZK 7,000.

Price for the entire object per night: 4,700 CZK

Price per apartment per night: 1,600 CZK when occupied by 1-2 persons, 2,000 CZK when occupied by 3-4 persons.

Price for a studio per night: 1,100 CZK when occupied by 2 people, 800 CZK/night when occupied by 1 person.

The minimum stay is 2 nights

A child under the age of 3 is accommodated without the right to a bed for free

Depending on the current situation, an agreement is possible

An accommodation fee of CZK 7 per person/night is paid to the city of Boskovice by persons over the age of 18

It will be paid in cash on the spot.

A refundable damage deposit of CZK 2,000 for each apartment and studio is paid upon arrival and is returned on the day of departure if no property is damaged

When leaving the accommodation, the tenant is obliged to return the object to the condition in which he took it over

The lessee bears full responsibility for any damage caused by his fault.
