We offer for rent a fully furnished two - story house with two separate apartment units with their own entrance. The entire property has a capacity of 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The house also has a large fenced garden and a covered outdoor terrace. A swimming pool is available in summer. It is also possible to borrow an outdoor grill or use the outdoor fireplace in the garden.

PRICE INCLUDES:
Accommodation, water consumption, toilet paper, bed linen, towels, cleaning products for the bathroom, use of the washing machine, and cleaning after departure.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Recreation fee to the municipality in the amount of CZK 21/person/day for persons aged 18 to 65, which is paid in cash upon arrival.
Energy fee of CZK 9 per 1 kWh according to consumption.
Pet on request according to size for an additional charge of CZK 150 / day.
In addition, the owner collects a deposit of CZK 5,000 at the beginning of the stay, which is returned in full at the end of the stay, if there is no damage to the property.
An extra bed is available upon agreement with the owner for an additional fee of CZK 520 in the summer season, and CZK 400 in the low season.
The sauna is available upon request to the owner, and payment on the spot in cash.
PAYMENT:
Deposits for the stay are paid by bank transfer, deposit amount: CZK 5,000.
After sending the request, we will send you an email with an invoice in the amount of CZK 5,000.
By paying a deposit, your stay is reserved.
By paying the deposit, you also agree to the accommodation rules.
The rest is paid by bank transfer to the accommodation provider`s account. The amount must be credited to the accommodation provider`s account no later than 14 days in advance.
If you make a reservation less than 14 days before your arrival date, you will be sent an invoice to pay the full amount.
