Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has its own bathroom with a washing machine.

Heating: The house is heated by central heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking is directly on the property in front of the house, there are 5 parking spaces.

The object can only be reached comfortably by car, it is located in a very quiet part of the village.

You will find only a few cottages in the immediate vicinity of the object.

The nearest bus stop is 200 m away on foot, and the train stop is 2 km away in the nearby village of Luka pod Medníkem.

There are many restaurants and beach snacks nearby.

7 km from the house is the town of Davle, where you can find everything you need - groceries, several pubs, a gas station, post office, ATM, doctor for people and pets.

PRICE INCLUDES:

Accommodation, water consumption, toilet paper, bed linen, towels, washing and cleaning products for the bathroom, use of the washing machine, cleaning after departure.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Recreation fee to the municipality in the amount of CZK 21/person/day for persons aged 18 to 65, which is paid at the arrival.

Energy fee of CZK 6 per 1 KWh according to consumption.

Pet on request according to size for an additional charge of CZK 150 / day.

In addition, the owner collects a deposit of CZK 5,000 at the beginning of the stay, which is returned in full at the end of the stay, if there is no damage to the property.

An extra bed is possible by agreement with the owner for an additional fee of CZK 450 in the summer season, and CZK 350 in the low season.

The sauna is available upon request to the owner and payment on the spot in cash.

PAYMENT:

Deposits for the stay are paid by bank transfer, deposit amount: CZK 5,000.

After sending the request, we will send you an e-mail with an invoice in the amount of CZK 5,000.

By paying a deposit, your stay is reserved.

By paying the deposit, you also agree to the accommodation rules.

The rest is paid by wire transfer to the accommodation provider`s account. The amount must be credited to the accommodation provider`s account no later than 14 days in advance.

If you make a reservation less than 14 days before your arrival date, you will be sent an invoice to pay the full amount.
