Large land on which stands a burgher cottage with seven bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own shower and toilet (the entire accommodation on the first floor is after reconstruction that took place in the spring - 2024 everything is much more airy, more comfortable and more pleasant, massive beech beds and high convenient mattresses

On the ground floor there is a playroom with billiards, ping -pong table, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two toilets, entrance hall (reconstruction of the whole part took place at the turn of 2024 2025 and brought modern and shelter background for family stays and for corporate events - teambuilding, workshop - training and educational courses - U12 with AVELI projection canvas)

This sauna is suitable for both classic sauna lovers at high temperatures and for those who will appreciate lower temperatures and deep warming of the body with infrared

In addition to thermotherapy, the sauna also offers color LED therapy and the possibility of listening to your own music via Bluetooth for 4 to 6 people

The basement provides a pleasant wine bar

In front of the house is a terrace, partially covered with an arcade

Another covered seating is a few meters further with a charcoal grill, followed by an open fireplace with a seating area, swings and sandpit

Parking points are right in front of the house

Behind the house is a recessed pool

A pleasant garden you will go down to the grassy playground

The whole building is situated on a very quiet and undisturbed place surrounded by the largest meadows

Gas and electricity consumption is paid according to actual consumption

The minimum rental of the cottage per day is 8990,- CZK

The weekend stay and stay for only two nights are 9900, -CZK per day

The fee for the municipality is 20, CZK /person /night

Pool rental 650, -CZK per day

Sauna rental 850, -CZK per day.

Refundable deposit is 500, -CZK per person/stay.

The deposit for stay is 15% of the price

After payment, this backup is irreversible and serves as a cancellation.
