I offer for rent a homestead in the village of Bílka, which can be used for weddings, various corporate, thematic and sports events, for families and groups for recreation

The building includes a large, beautiful garden with a beach volleyball court and a party tent with a bar that can accommodate up to 80 people

If the weather doesn't work out, there is a large (80m2) common room with tables, a fridge and space for dancing.

The building includes a fully functional kitchen, a large bedroom with a fireplace, 2 smaller bedrooms with a double bed + the possibility of an extra bed and one large bedroom with a capacity of 10 beds

The price includes a free-standing apartment/tiny house from a shipping container and a party room that is separate from the accommodation rooms.

There are also 3 bathrooms with shower and 4 toilets

Inside, you can use a ping-pong table, foosball or play darts, or adapt the entire object to your ideas

Our goal is the maximum satisfaction of all our guests, therefore we are happy to adapt our premises to your ideas

Here are a few examples:

- rental of modern tap equipment with cooling,

- projector rental for the common room,

- renting a child's extra bed,

- rental of sports equipment

After prior agreement, we will try to adapt the entire building and the garden to your requirements and ideas.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a fireplace and a kitchen

On the second floor, a large bedroom and a common room from which there is a passage to the second building and the steam room

Upstairs are two separate bedrooms

There is a separate apartment/tiny house from a shipping container in the garden

On the ground floor with a separate entrance, there is a party room with a separate toilet.

Sanitary facilities: There is a toilet on the lower floor

On the first floor there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and heated floor

On the second floor there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and heated floor

Water heating is ensured by a flow heater, which ensures enough hot water

The tiny house has a toilet with a bathroom and a shower

There is a separate toilet in the party room.

Heating: The object is heated with solid fuels and electricity, it will be heated before arrival and is further supplemented with a feeder

If necessary, it can be heated in the steam room with underfloor heating, easy to use thermostat.

Transportation, parking: Possibility to park 2 cars right next to the house

In the case of a larger number of cars, the possibility of parking in the parking lot 200m from the building, which is charged 50 CZK/day.

In case of interest, catering can be arranged..

At a distance of 3 km, a restaurant with famous Czech cuisine.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is in operation all year round

A deposit of NOK 20,000 is required for the reservation

The rest of the price is paid on the day of arrival at the latest

A refundable deposit of NOK 5,000 is also required.

The building is heated with solid fuels, in the winter months we will comfortably heat the building for you, the fee is 1,000 CZK per weekend or 2,000 CZK per week.
