The cottage is located in a small, quiet village by the river Bela, on a large private plot. The cottage is wooden, stylish with wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen and rooms and two modern bathrooms .. Suitable mainly for families with children. This is a non-smoking facility.

Bedrooms and rooms: The building has 5 bedrooms - two quadruple, one double and each bedroom has a sofa bed as an extra bed. We have a newly renovated attic space, where there are 2

double bedrooms, one of which is through. There are also extra beds.

There is a cot and high chair.

There are also in the building - living room, TV lounge, kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. The building also has a large garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Sanitary facilities: 2 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower and two toilets.

Heating: Hot water heating - radiators, fan coils.

Transportation, parking: Fenced land near the building with parking for 4 cars.

Dining

Own in a fully equipped kitchen or in nearby restaurants.

Large screen TV, electric stove, 2x refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, music equipment, board games, garden furniture and barbecue.

Price list specification:

Child up to 2 years 250 CZK / day

The fee for a dog is 300 CZK / stay.

The price for the weekend is decided individually by telephone agreement with the owner.

Municipality fee:

A municipal fee of CZK 20 / person / night is collected throughout the year.

Energy charge:

In the cold season (October - April)

PAYMENT TERMS:

When making a reservation, 50% of the total accommodation price is paid as a deposit. The remaining 50% is due no later than 14 days before arrival. In case of later booking (less than 14 days before arrival), guests pay the full amount immediately.

Before taking over the Austrian villa, a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is paid, which is returned at the end of the stay after the inspection of the building.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the reservation is canceled 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable in full

If the reservation is canceled 14-29 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded

If the reservation is canceled 0-13 days before arrival, the amount will be forfeited in full

The owners reserve the right to change prices and the above conditions.

we charge an energy fee of 500 CZK / night. In case you want to flood outside this period, please count on a surcharge of CZK 250 / night.

A deposit and a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 are collected in advance.

We always rent the cottage to only one guest, it cannot happen that you would be accommodated with someone else.

Arrivals on weekdays at 17:30 at the earliest, on weekends by appointment. Departures until 10:00. Arrival and departure times can be changed, but always after agreement with the administrator.

Notice:

Guests with dogs are kindly requested not to let them into the seats and into the bed. In case of damage or soiling of the furniture, we will be forced to claim damages. Thank you for your understanding.

The price includes one clean bed linen per person, in case of using another set of bed linen we charge the price for its washing and ironing, which is 95 CZK.
