In the historic building of the former school, now a boarding house, we offer for rent one (4+1) room on the ground floor and three rooms (4,4,7 beds) in the attic

All rooms have their own facilities

There is a large kitchen on the ground floor and a smaller kitchen in the attic, as well as a garage for storing bicycles

There is a nice cellar in the basement for evening entertainment

There is a children's playground directly across the street, there is a grassy garden under the building for games and quiet rest, in winter our meadow is ideal for sledding and first steps on skis

50 m from the building there is a shop with refreshments and basic food

Not far from the garden is the Bartošovický stream and a fire tank

The nearest ski resort Nella is 200 m from the building

Another large grass area for sports and entertainment is also directly under the building, and there is also a municipal grass field with goals nearby

There are many bunkers from WWII in the nearby forest

world wars, some of them are freely accessible, suitable for adventure games

Transportation, parking: For 3 - 4 vehicles directly at the property, in case of bad weather municipal free parking 50 m away.

Across the street is a convenience store offering fast food, draft beer and general merchandise

Another pleasant, stylish restaurant is in the Hruška guesthouse, about 500 meters away.

Non-stop operation, boarding possible by agreement, the manager is not on site.

The shortest possible stay is 2 nights for at least 2 people, i.e

the smallest possible payment is CZK 1,400 in summer and CZK 1,800 in winter

A discount is possible for accommodation with your own sleeping bag.

Children without their own bed free of charge, dog by arrangement.

The reservation is valid after payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay.

A recreation fee to the village of 20 CZK / person over 18 years / night is payable in cash on the spot.
