Our cottage is located in a quiet part of the village of Abertamy, Dlouhá street 202. Abertamy is ideal for winter and summer vacations, there are several ski areas nearby - Plešivec, Boží Dar, Klínovec, Pernink, and others
Some ski areas offer children's schools and children's lifts or tow carpets
Right in the village of Abertamy, you can go cross-country skiing on the cross-country trail
There is a modern children's playground in the center of the village
At the end of 2016, our house underwent a complete renovation and is fully and modernly equipped
It's great to sleep here, in addition to peace, our house also offers luxurious new mattresses
From the house there is an amazing view of the Plešivec ski resort opposite, there is a lot of light inside the house
The cottage includes a small plot of land, where there is an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, you will also find a new covered sandpit with clean sand and toys

Bedrooms and rooms: You will find 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, downstairs in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed where 2 people can sleep
You will certainly appreciate the new quality mattresses and damask bedding
There is a cot with a duvet, a pillow, a sheet and bed linen - all in white cotton.
Sanitary facilities: Our cottage has 2 toilets and one bathroom with a bathtub, shower and washing machine
We will provide you with towels, bath towels, and mats in front of the bathtub in the toilet, all made of white high-gram cotton
For small children, we have a Baby Bjorn potty, a children's toilet seat and a stool.
Heating: Gas central heating + fireplace stove
The house is pleasantly warm, dry and cozy.
Transportation, parking: Parking is for 2 cars right next to the house, otherwise in free spaces on the street, in case of a lot of snow there is always free space in the illuminated central car park in the middle of Abertam.
I highly recommend the self-service restaurant and butcher's shop located by the square in Abertamy, excellent, fast and cheap
It cooks from meat produced on a local farm - excellent beef and lamb, you can also buy milk and a lot of dairy products - including goat and sheep
They will also pack food for you to take with you for dinner, so you don't have to cook too much if you don't want to
The meat here is excellent and at great prices, you have to drive really far to our butcher shop.
The kitchen is modernly equipped
There is a dishwasher + tablets for the dishwasher, a gas stove with an oven, a microwave, a whisk and a stick blender, a coffee maker, a dripper, a kettle and a toaster, all crockery and cutlery, towels, cleaning supplies
Here you will find basic foods and ground and instant coffee and teas, spices, high-quality sunflower and olive oil
Television with satellite including foreign programs, USB port - you can bring your own movies on a flash drive
The library has a lot of books in Czech, German and English, board games, a large box of nice toys for children is available
WiFi works perfectly
We have a new sandpit with toys outside, the sandpit is hinged - so it's always clean
After unfolding, the sandpit cover folds into two small benches - see photo
A children's dining chair with straps is available for small children
When a family with a toddler is going to visit us, I bring an extra batch of toys and a small slide for indoor use to the house - the little ones will have a great time :-)

Addendum to the price list: For us, the winter season is the period from December 18 to March 31, the price for February 2025 is higher - CZK 21,950 per week
The summer season is from 15.5. to 17.9.2024
Weekends around May 1 and May 8, 2024 (5 days) are rented for CZK 12,000
Final cleaning is included in the price, we expect guests to treat the house and its equipment sensitively
We collect a refundable deposit of CZK 2,500 in case of damage to the building
At the beginning of the stay and at the end of the stay, we will read the gas level and bill the guests for its consumption
Electricity and water are already included in the price, as well as the spa fee
Our building is strictly non-smoking
Arrival is possible any time after 4 p.m., departure from the cottage between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
