• from 29 to 21 days - cancellation of non -refundable deposit + 20 % of the price reduced by non -refundable deposit
• from 20 to 11 days - cancellation of non -refundable deposit + 30 % of the price reduced by irreversible deposit
• from 10 to 0 days - cancellation of 50 % of the total price
In the case of cancellation of a stay where an advance payment has already been made, the client returns to the client that exceeds the cancellation fee.
The landlord has the right to cancel the stay if there is serious and unpredictable circumstances (eg
natural disaster, disaster, other sudden events) for which it is not possible to ensure the proper course of the stay.
