When occupying both cottages together, the maximum usable capacity is up to 12 people (10 adults + 2 children under 10 years old)

You can rent the cottages individually for your stay, i.e

each cottage separately or for a larger group, e.g

friends or two families together

You can find us in the Beskydy Mountains in the foothill village of Horní Bečva, approx. 15 km from Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

These are two equally equipped ground-floor cottages, which are situated in a quiet location near the forest, approx. 500m above the Horní Bečva dam, in the neighborhood of the Mesit wellness hotel (approx. 150m)

Due to their location, the cottages guarantee good conditions for sports, tourism, relaxation and rest

(You can also use the services of the neighboring Mesit Hotel, such as a tennis court, a netball court, a children's playground, a sauna, massages according to its updated offer and hotel price list

) Parking is possible directly at the cottage and in the winter, in the event of a large amount of snow, on the access road approx. 60 m from the cottage

In the basement of the cottage (in the cellar) there are tools for the fire - an axe, a saw, sticks for roasting burritos and a small portable charcoal grill.

Sanitary facilities: Each cottage has a bathroom, in which you will find 1x toilet, 1x shower, 1x sink, water heating is ensured by an electric boiler, the water supply of the cottages is from its own well,

direct heaters, which are complemented by a fireplace stove (you must have your own wood).

Transportation, parking: - by bus to the Přehrada stop, then on foot in the direction of Hotel Mesit (approx. 500m)

- by car towards the Horní Bečva dam, from the dam then follow the signs for Hotel Mesit, then right along the hotel parking lot to the cottages

- parking is right next to the cottage (in winter, in case of heavy snowfall, approx. 60m from the cottage on the access road).

COTTAGES are on the ground floor and have identical equipment:

1x living room with kitchenette, (fridge, kettle, electric glass ceramic hob, contact grill, microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery, glass, etc., tea towel, sponge, jar) TV, wardrobe, dining table+5 chairs, fireplace stove

There are also two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room

- in front of the cottage there is a smaller covered terrace + folding table, chairs, bench

- in the basement there is a cellar for the possibility of storing bicycles and skis and there is a warehouse for storing fuel for heating in the fireplace stove in winter (wood for the stove is not included in the price of accommodation, you must have your own!)

- next to the cottage there is a smaller outdoor seating area with a natural fireplace

- in the basement there is an ax, a small portable grill (you must bring your own charcoal), a grill fork, a snow shovel

Possibility of accommodation for the weekend - during the summer holidays, a weekend stay only exceptionally if there is free capacity

- the accommodation price is always for the rental of an entire cottage and includes the consumption of electricity, water, bedding, toilet paper, garbage bags, 1x small towel, tea towel, dish sponge and other cleaning products (YOU DO NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE).

- after the end of the stay, we ask you to carry out adequate cleaning (wash the dishes, take out the garbage in prepared bags, sweep)

In the holiday months (summer months 07, 08, winter months 01, 02) we prefer weekly stays for 7 nights Sat - Sat or 6 nights Sat - Fri, shorter stays during holidays only exceptionally if there is free capacity and by prior arrangement,

Discounts and surcharges:

- weekly stay for 7 nights of both cottages together or one cottage for 14 or more nights - 10% discount

- weekly stay for 7 nights in one cottage for two people only - 10% discount

- individual calculations for individuals, larger groups and short-term stays

- accommodation fee for the municipality of Horní Bečva CZK 25/person/night (persons under 18 do not pay)

- accommodation with a dog or other pet 50 CZK/dog/day or free according to agreement

Payment:

- to confirm the stay, please pay a deposit of approx. 25% of the price of the stay by bank transfer within 14 days from the day of ordering, additional payment by bank transfer no later than 2 days before boarding or in cash upon arrival at the cottage

- in the event of cancellation of your stay within 14 days before the start of your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee up to the amount of the paid deposit (does not apply for extremely serious reasons and if you get compensation for yourself)

- upon arrival, the lessor reserves the right to collect a deposit of CZK 2,000 at its discretion, which we return in full upon departure after handing over the cottage without damage
