The cottage "U BROUČKŮ" is located in a pleasant environment in southern Bohemia, on the shore of the Mydlovar pond (Mydlák), which is famous for its high water quality throughout the season
The location of the cottage gives it the ideal possibilities to become a base for an active family holiday or a quiet fishing week
The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of the town of Zliv, where you will find all basic services, 6 km from the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou, 16 km from České Budějovice
The cottage "U BROUČKŮ" is an all-wooden cottage, built in the 1930s
It was built by a goldsmith from České Budějovice at the time, Mr. Brouček
The cottage has been renovated in recent months, when the electrical installation was replaced, the kitchen was brought into the 21st century and most of the furniture was changed
The cottage received a completely new sanitary facility incl
WC and shower box
A new Finnish sauna was built in 2022
Because we decided to preserve the original character of the cottage, we did not solve some of the construction sins of the original builders, which complete the almost ninety-year history of the cottage

Parking for up to 2 cars is possible right next to the building
Other parking spaces are approx. 100m away.
The "U BROUČKŮ" cottage has a new, fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your meals at home
Within walking distance (approx. 15 minutes on foot) is the Rybářská bašta pub, which prepares a daily menu, in Munice, 4 km away, there is the famous Munická Krčma pub in the village, where it cooks a daily menu and, of course, many restaurants on the Hluboká n

All rooms in the cottage "U BROUČKŮ" have central lighting - living room, bedroom and bathroom LED lighting with regulation of the intensity and color temperature of the lighting
Internet connection via Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building
THE LIVING ROOM (15 m²) has: a fireplace with heat exchanger insert for heating the living part of the cottage, a (folding) couch, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a dining table with seating and a 40" Smart TV with Internet connection ( DVBT2 + Netflix + HBO GO + Youtube)
KITCHEN (6 m²) has: new kitchen unit, electric stove with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, juicer, stainless steel drinking water container, dishes, cutlery, plates and kitchen glass and a glass display case
BEDROOM (9 m²) has: 2 bunk beds with full-size mattresses measuring 200x90 cm (medium hard), bedside table, pockets, lamps
THE STORAGE ROOM (4 m²) has: 1 raised bed with a full-size mattress measuring 200x90 cm (medium hard), bedside table, hanger
COVERED TERRACE (6 m²): on the south side of the building there is a covered porch with seating
SHED AND WOODEN SHED: There is also a lockable shed (approx. 5 m²) + woodshed.

In the period June - August we accept reservations for a minimum of 7 nights (preferably in the period Saturday - Saturday),
in secondary and off-season according to agreement - at least 2 nights
For stays of less than 3 nights surcharge of 20%.
Dog fee CZK 100/day.
Arrival is always by appointment in the afternoon, and departure by 10:00 a.m.
The local stay fee (by air) is CZK 5/person over 18/day.
