We recommend for staying with children, a very quiet place and at a distance of 1 km new outdoor playground with the possibility of swimming.

Living room with TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, tablets, dishes and spring towels.

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms with underfloor heating, toilet, shower, heating ladder, heaters, washing machine and clothes dryer.

Heating: Possibility to use central heating or wood stove, or a combination of both.

Winter is solved according to snow conditions and driving characteristics of the car

Snow chains are recommended for the last section.

Eating your own or the possibility to use restaurants in the area - Hotel Zdobnice or cottage Vyhlídka - 10 minutes on foot

Completely equipped kitchen - dishwasher, three fridge with freezer, oven, 2 x kettle, stove, 2 x microwave, all necessary kitchen equipment

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

A recreational fee of 20CZK/day

It is paid on the day of arrival.

When creating a reservation, 50% of the total accommodation price is paid as a deposit

The remaining 50 % is due no later than a month before joining accommodation

In the case of a later booking (less than 30 days before accessing the accommodation), the guests pay the full amount immediately.

Before taking over the cottage, a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 (or according to agreement) is paid, which is returned at the end of the stay after checking the building.

If the reservation is canceled 30 days before arrival, the deposit is in full.

When you cancel the reservation 14-29 days before arrival, 50 % of the price will be returned.

When the reservation is canceled 0-13 days before arrival, the amount is in full.

A ban on smoking inside the building.

The final cleaning is carried out or for a fee of 1500,- CZK.

By paying payment you give consent to the accommodation rules and all conditions of accommodation including cancellation fees.

Electricity will be charged according to actual consumption of 8CZK/kWh incl.

Pets allowed a smaller stature by appointment for a fee of 100,- CZK per day

Each person above a maximum of 14 people including children pays 400 CZK/night (week stay) or 1000,- CZK per weekend and must be reported and agreed in advance

Using stoves for a one -time fee of 1000 CZK per wood

Extended weekends outside the summer and winter season are possible - individual price offer.
