We offer for recreation a cottage for 6 - 8 people in a wonderful, picturesque corner of the PLA Český ráj, in the village of Zakopáná (5 km from Kost Castle)

The cottage is located in a sunny location surrounded by meadows and 400 m from the Komárov pond on one side and the Příhrazská skály nature reserve on the other

At the same time, it is only 400 m from the main tourist route "Golden Path of the Bohemian Paradise", and its location makes it an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling trips in the Bohemian Paradise

The cottage is located in a quiet location and is therefore particularly suitable for family recreation

It is designed as a 4+KK with a garage, a smaller covered veranda on the ground floor, a balcony on the first floor and a garden of 270 m² with a fireplace

There is also a garage for storing bikes, garden furniture and an outdoor grill

The cottage is non-smoking

Upon agreement, we allow accommodation with pets

At the nearby Komárov pond, there is the possibility of refreshments, including hot food, renting pedal boats, beach volleyball, etc.

The cottage is adjacent to only one dwelling, whose owners are breeders of small domestic animals (chickens, sheep...).

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a layout of 4+KK

On the ground floor there is a corridor, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a common room with a large folding table (6 - 8 people) and a fully equipped kitchen

There is a fireplace in the common room

A steeper staircase leads to the first floor

Upstairs there are 3 separate, cozy, non-passable rooms

Two larger double rooms have access to a common balcony where you can watch the sunset

The third, smaller bedroom is oriented to the east and has a 1 and 1/2 bed 120 cm wide

It is possible to arrange 2 extra beds in the cottage - comfortable folding mattresses

There is also a spacious garage for storing bikes, garden furniture for 6-8 people and an outdoor grill.

Sanitary facilities: Separate toilet and separate bathroom (bathtub, sink, mirror, boiler 50l rapid heating 2 - cylinder, automatic washing machine, hair dryer, 2x storage lockers, hygienic trash can).

Heating: A wood-burning stove in the common room on the ground floor - comfortably heats the upper rooms as well

The price does not include the final cleaning of the building - in the event of a request for cleaning by the lessor, the price for cleaning the building is 1,500 CZK.
