Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the cottage water, also called blue cottage, is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob and hood

The kitchen is followed by a dining table with 6 chairs and a living room with a couch, a TV wall and a fireplace stove

In the entrance hall you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet

The first floor can be reached on the design staircase and consists of 2 separate bedrooms

They are large 23m2 and are dominated by a large round window, a spacious double bed (180x200cm) and other equipment is a folding couch for 2 persons (160x200cm), chest of drawers and panels

On the floor is a bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet

Both bedrooms are air -conditioned

You will also find a children's corner with toys and seating for parents.

Sanitary facilities: 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower or bath.

Heating: Heat pumps guarantee thermal comfort throughout the year

In the winter months in bedrooms can be used by heating infra -panels easy to operate using wall -mounted drivers

Advance payment 50% in advance to account, surcharge 14 days before arrival together with amount for cleaning of 1,500 CZK and deposit of 5,000 CZK

Cancellation free of charge to 14 days until arrival, otherwise paid amount is forfeited

If we occupy stay, you can overbook to another date

In the case of last minute payment of the entire amount and deposit at once, without a refund

Check-in from 15.00h, check-out to 10.00h

The price includes accommodation, bed linen, towels, bath towels, cloth, toilet paper, dishwasher tablet and washing machine 1pc/day, water and sewage, electricity, hot tub and sauna and local fee.
