It can boast of its location at an altitude of 720 meters

You can enjoy a picturesque view of the distant region and the surrounding forests directly from the cottage

Children can romp on the swing or trampoline

For active activities, you can use the marked hiking trails, cycle routes for mountain bikes, or maintained cross-country trails offering trips around the area

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: In the attic there are three separate bedrooms and an upper bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Sanitary facilities: Spacious lower and upper bathroom

Each bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Heating: Heating the cottage with an electric boiler.

Transportation, parking: 1st through Štíty - Horní Heřmanice, Koburk, Výprachtice - behind the pub U Jana at the intersection turn right, Valteřice

2. via Lanškroun - Horní Čermná - Nepomuky, Výprachtice - behind the pub U Jana at the intersection, turn right, Valteřice

3rd through Žamberk - Jablonné nad Orlicí, Bystřec, Výprachtice - straight at the intersection, Valteřice

Parking in summer at the cottage, in winter in the parking lot (100 meters above the cottage) free of charge

The parking lot can be seen from the cottage

Time of arrival and departure as agreed.

Dining

Own cooking on a glass-ceramic stove with an oven, or an outdoor grill in the summer

A stylish restaurant with great cuisine in Vyprachtice - 5 minutes by car (there is a children's playground next to the restaurant)

Pub in Heroltice - 5 minutes by car (excellent fried cheese and Holba beer)

The nearest store - Konzum (mixed goods) in Vryprachtice - 5 minutes by car.

Cabin furnishings

The kitchen is sufficiently equipped: dishes, large fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, stove with ceramic hob and oven

Other equipment of the cottage: 2x televisions, satellite, bed linen, towels, washing machine and clothes dryer

For the smallest children, we will prepare a dining chair with a table, a cot, a bathtub, a step and a toilet seat.
