A cozy cottage in close proximity to a forest and a mountain stream, suitable for a family vacation
The cottage is located in the Beskydy Nature Reserve near hiking and cycling trails
It offers accommodation for up to 7 people (plus 1 child in a cot), who will appreciate peace, nature, almost zero electronic smog and light smog at night
Instead of a WiFi connection, we offer the option of chopping firewood for heating in the fireplace
As the cottage is intended exclusively for individual and family recreation, we do not provide the cottage for the purposes of organizing events such as: hen and stag parties, parties, corporate events and events of a similar nature.
Bedrooms and rooms: The ground floor of the cottage offers a kitchenette, a large dining table and a social area / sitting area in front of the fireplace with 2 sofa beds (possibility of sleeping 1 person in the form of an extra bed)
There is also a separate toilet, shower and porch for shoes and tops
On the first "sleeping" floor, where you go up the steeper "mill" stairs, there are 3 separate rooms intended for sleeping
A room with a double bed, which also leads to the stairs

Descent to the cottage by steep stairs - not suitable for people with reduced mobility
The access road leads the last 200 meters along an unpaved forest road, passable only for 4x4 in snow.

The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for preparing meals
4-burner gas hob, (spare 2-burner electric cooker), large electric
baking pan, 2 sinks, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, pots, plates, etc.

The price is calculated:
5000 CZK for the first 2 nights/3 days
2000 CZK for another night/day
1000 CZK discount for a week's stay
The price includes:
Current electricity consumption.
Local stay fee 10CZK/night/adult.
The price also includes bed linen, towel, firewood and rental of everything you can find in the cottage
We expect you to clean up after yourself and return the cottage in the same condition
Before renting, we require a refundable deposit of half of the total rental price from clients
This is returned to you after you take over the cottage and provided that the property has not been damaged or destroyed and that you have carried out basic cleaning after yourself
(If basic cleaning is not carried out, we charge you 1000 CZK from the deposit
The deposit is forfeited if you do not respect the smoking ban in the cottage.) The deposit is also forfeited if you cancel your reservation later than 30 days before the start of the reservation
In case of earlier cancellation, we return the deposit in full.
