The holiday home, which is in operation all year round, is located in a quieter part on the outskirts of Trutnov

Trutnov is rightfully called the "Eastern gate of the Krkonoše mountains", it is a great starting point for travel plans in terms of hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, ski alpines, cycling trips, but also discovering the beauty of the Krkonoše mountains and the surrounding area

The border with Poland is also nearby, which also offers a lot of experiences

Part of the house is a well-maintained garden with an area of ​​1000 m², which is also fenced

The house has a wooden terrace with a wonderful view at sunset, where there is also a garden seating area

The terrace is partially covered by a balcony

There is also a garden shower on the property, which is in use during the summer months

There is also a garden house, which is used to store a small grill, bikes, skis and other sports equipment

Wifi is also set up in the house, which is free

A pet is allowed in the case of small breeds, larger breeds only by arrangement - state the size or breed of the animal in the email.

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the house there is an entrance hall, a toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a ladder radiator and a hairdryer

The dining room is part of the kitchen area, which is fully equipped (dishes, glass ceramic hob, microwave oven, hot air oven, dishwasher, kettle and fridge with freezer)

From the kitchen you can walk through the French window to the terrace

The upper floor is divided by a wall, where there is a double bed, 2 single beds, a toilet

A balcony is also available on the upper floor, together with storage spaces in built-in wardrobes

One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other has two single beds.

Sanitary facilities: There is a separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor of the house

There is only a separate toilet on the first floor.

Heating: The house is heated either by electricity

direct heaters or fireplaces, which guarantee a pleasant evening atmosphere.

Transportation, parking: Parking is available for 2 cars, parking available right next to the main road

Parking at the property is free for the entire duration of your stay.

Pet for an extra charge of CZK 150/night - please state the size or breed in the email.

The security deposit collected is 3000 CZK - it is returned at the end of the stay.

The recreation fee to the city is CZK 40 per person/day.

No other fees are payable (water, electricity, wifi, towels, bed linen, parking, wood for the fireplace), they are included in the accommodation price.

After confirming the reservation, we collect a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay.
