Cottage NOVÝ SVĚT is located in a quiet place about 1 km from the center of Strážné in the Giant Mountains, about 700 meters from the ski lift Skiareál Strážné

In winter, the cottage is accessible by car, ample parking space

The cottage is ideal for families with children

Rent the ground floor and 1st floor of the cottage

Capacity is 16 beds on the 1st floor in 4 rooms with bathrooms, toilets and a shared kitchen

On the ground floor there is a sauna + rest room, games room, bar with the possibility of connecting a keg of beer or lemonade to the tap (common area with seating and stove), ski room, wifi, barbecue, terrace, outdoor seating

Parking in front of the house

The 2nd floor is closed and used by the owners of the cottage

(only common entrance through the hall)

The start of the sauna is charged 250, - / one start for a maximum of 4 people at a time

The building can be rented in the whole season (two floors) for a minimum stay of 7 days (from Sunday to Sunday)

Pets are allowed in the cottage ONLY AFTER INDIVIDUAL AGREEMENT !!!!

Transportation, parking: In front of the cottage is a sufficient parking area for parking all guests

Arrival to the cottage is also possible during the winter season.

BarBar and pizza shop near the Kolonka lift - Strážné ski resort - only in the winter season

Many other restaurants in nearby Vrchlabí.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price includes all costs of stay

The price does not include local taxes from accommodation from and persons over 18 years (21 CZK / person per night).

Sauna for a one-time fee of 350 CZK / one start (for max. 4 people at a time) Plus rental of sheets 30 CZK / piece! Sheets for the sauna obligatory!

Available: bed linen, towels in rooms - one set for the whole stay (included)

The reservation deposit is 50% of the price of the stay when booking.

The supplement is due 14 days before arrival at the cottage.

Cancellation Policy:

30 days before the date of stay return of the full payment.

29-14 days before the date of stay return 1/2 payment.

If canceled 13 days or less before the date of stay, we will not refund the payment.

MINIMUM LENGTH of stay is 7 days, after agreement it is possible to shorten the stay to at least two nights.

Shortened stay for two nights on the weekend can be used only outside New Year's Eve, Christmas, Spring Holiday, Easter and if there is free accommodation capacity
