Our cottage will provide you with the perfect facilities at a reasonable price, whether you are a family with children, a couple in love or a group of friends who want to experience an adventure in the picturesque Mách region
It is located barely a 5-minute walk from Mách lake in a very desirable location in the cottage settlement Pod Borným, Staré Splavy
Secluded in a quiet location and yet a short distance from entertainment in the form of playgrounds, restaurants, mini golf, boats and ships
Of course, hiking, cycling and scooter trips.
Bedrooms and rooms: The Santóša cottage has four beds
Two beds make a double bed, but can be divided into TWO SINGLE BEDS
The other two beds are located above each other (bunk bed)
If necessary, a travel cot can be used
Blankets and pillows are provided
RENTED WITHOUT SHEETS.
Sanitary facilities: At the moment, the cottage does not have sanitary facilities
A remote building with completely renovated toilets and showers is ideal for these purposes
THE PRICE OF USE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE STAY
NO additional costs.
Transportation, parking: FREE parking for one car right next to the cabin
Other cars can park in the central parking lot of Máchova jezera
Prices according to the parking provider.
The catering offer is very varied
For lovers of homemade food, the possibility of cooking directly in the cabin in a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer
Drinking water is owned or located outside a short distance from the cabin
You can sit at the dining table with chairs
Alternatively, you can use the grill and outdoor seating, both open and covered on the terrace
Other options are pubs, stalls and restaurants on the road and directly in the areas of Máchova jezera
Alternatively, upon agreement, breakfast or half board in a nearby building

Renting an object:
5,000 CZK/week + services.
3500 CZK/weekend + services
Services:
1 person/week = 315 CZK (4 people = 1,260 CZK)
1 person/weekend = 90 CZK (4 people = 360 CZK)

"Recreation fee" to the village:
According to the amendment to Act no
565/1900 Coll. and on the basis of the new generally binding ordinance of the city of Doksy, the so-called
Chargeable stay for the entire season: CZK 30/person/day
Paid stay does not apply to: ZTP/P persons and persons under 18 years of age
Booking conditions:
The stay can be considered 100% reserved if half of the price for the stay is paid
The remaining part of the price must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay
Electricity bills, any other fees such as cleaning, penalties for damage to the cottage, etc
is paid in cash upon departure.
The stay can only be paid for on account.

Refundable deposit:
The owner requires a deposit of CZK 1,000
This deposit is used in case the cottage is not returned in its original condition (cleaning, damage,...), electricity bills, etc.
Final cleaning:
Before departure, the guest will put the cottage in the condition in which he took it over, including final cleaning (sweep and wipe the floor, dishes washed clean, baskets empty, ...)
Cancellation:
Cancellation of stay must be reported only in writing
To determine the amount of the cancellation fee, the provable date of written cancellation is decisive
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival (61 including the day of arrival) = 15% of the total price of the stay
Cancellation 30 - 59 days before arrival (31 including the day of arrival) = 25% of the total price of the stay
Cancellation 7 - 30 days before arrival (31 including the day of arrival) = 50% of the total price of the stay.
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (8 including the day of arrival) = 100% of the total price of the stay.
