We offer accommodation in the pleasant environment of a mountain hut in close proximity to Špindlerův Mlýn

The cottage was recently renovated

There are 12 rooms with a capacity of 32 beds, a modern equipped kitchen, a restaurant with a bar, a games room (billiards, table football,...

), ski/bike room and common room

The cottage has its own parking lot, a spacious terrace and outdoor seating with a fireplace and grill

All facilities are available for families with children, including an outdoor playground

The entire building can be rented for private or corporate events

For larger groups, we also offer classic accommodation with breakfast or half board.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 12 rooms available in the cottage

Five double, six triple and one four-bed

In most rooms, it is possible to expand the capacity with an extra bed

We also have a cot available.

Sanitary facilities: Chata U jasanu has two bathrooms

Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, two sinks and two toilets

Two more toilets are available near the restaurant.

Heating: The heating of the cottage is provided by an electric boiler

The cottage has its own boiler room

In the case of renting a boarding house, the building manager takes care of the heating according to the needs of the guests.

Transportation, parking: Chata U jasanu is located in a secluded area, approximately 300m from the main road to Špindlerův Mlýn

An asphalt road leads directly to the building, which is easily passable for cars and larger cars outside of the winter season

The cottage has two private parking lots, one by the road to Špindlerův Mlýn, the other right next to the building (capacity approx. 20 cars).

Dining

In the case of renting the entire building, the kitchen is accessible with all equipment (two stoves, dishwasher, two refrigerators, freezer, food storage, necessary dishes, etc.

)

The nearest shop/supermarket is in Špindlerův Mlýn (approx. 3km), or possibly a wide range of shops in the town of Vrchlabí (approx. 10km)

The nearest restaurants are 1-2 km from the cottage.

Cabin furnishings

Other equipment of the building is a restaurant with a bar, where two refrigerators and a tap are available

There are two more rooms inside the guesthouse for free time

A games room with billiards and table football, as well as a common room furnished with antique furniture from the beginning of the 20th century

From the restaurant, you can go out of the cottage directly onto the spacious terrace, from where there is a beautiful view of Přední plainina

Pleasant outdoor seating is also available by the open fireplace with grill, where there is also a climbing frame with a slide for children.
