We will be happy to welcome you in the northernmost part of the republic, in the Jizera Mountains
You will be welcomed by a newly built cottage in the village of Smržovka, in the settlement called Nová Smržovka, for up to 8 people, with three bedrooms
Visitors have access to a fenced garden with a garage, a pergola with a grill and garden furniture, a fireplace for roasting burritos, a children's playhouse with a slide, sandpit and swings, and in the summer season an above-ground pool
Whether it's a week or a weekend, you won't be bored with us, there is an abundance of destinations for pedestrians, cyclists, cross-country skiers and downhill skiers in the vicinity.

On the ground floor there is an entrance area, a living room with a TV, a dining room and a kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes for 8 people

Year-round operation, in the summer and winter season we prefer weekly stays
The weekly stay is from Saturday (arrival 3:00 p.m.) to Saturday (departure 10:00 a.m.)
In the case of a weekend stay, the price is on request
A 3000,- advance fee is paid for the reservation
If the reservation is canceled and the stay is not carried out, the deposit is not returned
Upon arrival for the stay, the rest is paid according to the rental price list of the building and a deposit of CZK 2,000
The price includes water consumption, municipal fee, bed linen, towels, soap, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets
Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the stay, it will be billed according to reality
After the end of the stay and inspection of the property, the deposit is reduced by the consumed electricity and any minor damages.
