Cabin Mína

This is a completely new cottage, which was completed in October 2020. The rented cottage is located about 100m from the forest

It stands on a site with a beautiful view of the Tanvaldský Špičák ski resort and the Giant Mountains

The property of this cottage is protected by trees and has an access road along it

Access to the cottage is possible even in winter

Tenants can use the adjacent meadow and fireplace with seating

The cottage is located near another building owned by the same owner

We rent both cottages individually, but they can also be rented to the same group

Each of the cottages has its own place for parking and its own place for outdoor sitting

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: Through the main entrance we enter the vestibule, where there is a shoe rack, a coat rack and a refrigerator

Then we get to a room consisting of a kitchen and a sitting area (a corner bench with a table) that can accommodate up to 6 guests

Next to the kitchen is a door leading to the bathroom

The room also has a fireplace and a large wardrobe, near which is the entrance to the staircase to I

With regard to the availability of the building, this staircase is a little steeper (see

photo)

On the 1st floor, this staircase is separated from the living room by a safety barrier

AND

the first floor of the cabin serves as a bedroom and a common room

The room is equipped with two built-in beds (double beds of size 170 x 200 cm), which are separated from each other and thus provide enough privacy

The room also has a sofa bed (extra bed - 2 beds), a conference table, two armchairs and a table with a TV

Guests will also have access to a spacious shed (wooden shed) where they can store, for example, skis or bicycles

This shelter is lockable and guests will receive the keys to it upon handing over the property.

Sanitary facilities: The rented cottage has one bathroom with a glass shower, a sink, a toilet, an electric boiler and its own direct heater.

Heating: The cottage has a fireplace stove and an electric Stiebel stove on the ground floor

There is also a Stiebel electric stove on the second floor (bedroom/living room).

The building is equipped with new windows with insulating triple glazing

In case of interest, delivery of fireplace wood is possible (for a fee and until stocks last)

The building is significantly energy-efficient.

Transportation, parking: About two parking spaces are located about 15 m from the cottage

The cottage is easily accessible even in winter, when we recommend snow chains.

Dining

The nearest one is Ranch U Potoka, where you can go to sit with a good drink and specialties prepared on the grill and in the smokehouse (1.2 km)

You can also go to the very popular restaurant U Toníčka in Horní Maxov (4.0 km)

There are also several restaurants in Albrechtice in J

H

(2.5 km) and in Smržovka (2.2 km).

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for the capacity of the building

It has all common tableware for 6 or more people, from plates, pots, glasses, pints, shots, knives and cutlery, to electric

hot air oven, electric

cooker, microwave oven, kettle, table grill and fridge with freezer

There is a TV in the common room.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cost of the consumed electricity is paid on the spot

We provide bed linen at the express request of the guests for an overhead fee of CZK 80 per set per stay

The fee for one dog is CZK 60 per night

The rental price depends on the number of people in the group and the length of stay

Logically, the more people in the group and the longer the stay, the more favorable the price per person per night

It goes without saying that a non-refundable reservation deposit of approx. 40% of the rental price is required

Upon arrival, the rest of the rental amount + deposit for services (its amount depends on the expected costs) and a deposit for possible damages in the amount of CZK 2,000 or CZK 3,000 (in the heating season) are paid.

The deposit for the stay is collected when securing the reservation

The reservation fee is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled for any reason 90 days or less before the stay.
