Newly built cottage - a family house, situated near the beach of Slapy Lake (200m) in a quiet part of the recreation area Ždáň
The building is fully equipped including air conditioning, fireplace, outdoor and indoor sitting and parking on your own land
The cottage is primarily for holiday / recreation of families with children
It does not serve as a party house for exuberant parties (there is a given night's peace, ban on outdoor reproduced music, etc.
)
The surroundings are perfect for swimming, hiking, water sports (pedal boat rental, motor boats), golf, cycling and in the autumn and lots of mushrooming in autumn
The building is located near the sandy natural beaches suitable for bathing with children
From the place several times a day, a regular cruise liner line, which will allow you to visit the aquapark in the rehabilitation center measuring with a sauna, indoor swimming pool and healing procedures, rope park near Stará Živohošť and Tobogán in Nová Živohošť and many other places suitable for trips

In the summer season is the closest restaurant in Modrá Loděnice (100 m) or in the pension Beach (200 m) and another stall refreshment on the main beach
The restaurant Midsummer Rotunda in Bush and Pizza Slapy - restaurant U Neužilů is opened all year round
The restaurant and guest house Lost Mill are open in the season
