Spacious, above - standard newly renovated (FULLY ECOLOGICAL - heat pump, own wastewater treatment plant) furnished house with an area of 120 m2 with an outdoor pool for 6 people (pool in operation until September 15,depending on the weather).
The house is located in a quiet settlement Lahoz in the popular village of Slapy, near the Slapy dam, less than 35 km from Prague, and the golf course Golf Slapy sv. Jan (1 km) www. golfslapy. cz, one of the most popular in the Czech republic.
The weekend house is equipped with two separate double bedrooms, both overlooking the terrace and the quiet landscape - the forest, one of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house and has its own entrance with an entrance from the garden.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a sink with hot water, next to the bedroom is a separate toilet, which has an entrance with access from the garden.
The living room has a large dining table, fireplace, spacious sofa, smart satellite TV (NETFLIX), and unlimited WiFi.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
The large bathroom with window and beautiful views of the adjacent forest has a spacious shower, sink, and washing machine. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet with a window.
The house has a large terrace, partly covered. In the garden, you can use the pergola with a summer kitchen and barbecue.
The house has a lockable cellar, where you can store bikes or fishing tackle.
Parking on the property in front of the building for up to 4 cars. Charging for electric cars for a fee.
For lovers of water sports (scooters) we provide parking in the marina Slapy Lahoz.

The client pays for the booked stay in the form of a 50% deposit of the total price, payable to the landlord`s account after a binding appointment.
The reservation date becomes valid by sending a deposit to the landlord`s bank account.
The remaining 50% of the price of the stay will be paid by the client to the landlord`s account within 30 days before the start of the stay.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Upon cancellation of the booked stay, the landlord will charge the following cancellation fees:
up to 60 days before arrival 20% of the total amount for accommodation
59-31 days before arrival 30% of the total amount for accommodation
30-15 days before arrival 50% of the total amount for accommodation
14-0 days until arrival 100% of the total amount for accommodation
On credit cards, we block the amount for the total price of the stay.
We pre-authorize guests` credit cards before the end of the period when free cancellation is possible.
We accept the following types of cards: Visa, Euro / Mastercard.
At the beginning of the stay, the owner collects a deposit of CZK 10,000, which is charged at the end of the stay.
The deposit is paid in cash on the spot upon arrival.
The client has the right to withdraw from the reservation at any time, exclusively in writing. Withdrawal is governed by the cancellation policy. Termination of the contractual relationship occurs upon delivery of this notice to the landlord.
Arrival from 16:00 to 18:00.
Departure from 8:00 to 10:00.
Guests must provide an address and telephone number in the booking.
Booking age: minimum age: 21.
