12 people including children) with a private jetty and sauna, you will find a 5x2-bed room, or 1x comfortable sofa bed

The cottage also has 4 bathrooms with WC, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV/DVD/SAT/Chromecast and a games room (table football, darts)

The cottage is also equipped with air conditioning, wifi coverage and a washing machine

You can also enjoy peace and quiet on the terrace and backyard with a garden grill, or you can make your stay more pleasant with boat rides (380 cm for 4 - 6 people, life jackets for children), in the evening you can enjoy beautiful scenery at sunset or live music from the pubs on the opposite side of the lake

During the day, you will be visited by local ducks or swans with young, who will not disdain a piece of salad or other suitable food

Children can use the playground in the backyard in front of the cottage, or thanks to the schools of small fish running right under the pier, they can catch them in a net

And if your children go to the nearby campsites, they will also have a lot of fun and enjoyment here

Due to the relatively warm water in the lake, it also warms up quickly - already during May the water temperature is around 23 - 24°, at the turn of May/June it reaches values ​​of 25 - 26°C and during the holidays it attacks values ​​of 28 - 29°C

There is also a nearby rental of paddleboards, kayaks or pedal boats

Meals are also possible in many nearby pubs and restaurants, some of which are open all year round, or a delivery service is available, which some restaurants in the city offer

And you won't be bored with us even during other seasons - weekend gatherings with friends associated with barbecues or romantic boat trips are possible from spring to autumn, as well as sports diving

In winter, a hot sauna awaits you with the option of cooling off in the lake or (under suitable conditions) there is a relatively large area on the lake for ice skating

There is all-day sun on the property (molo), and pleasant all-day shade on the terrace

Parking for 3-4 cars behind the gate with a camera system + other cars can be parked in front of the cottage

Idyllic quiet location within reach of rich day and night activities including a combination of fishing and swimming - clear water, near 2 campsites, public beaches including attractions, evening live music (summer season), summer cinema, water park, train around the lake and much more
