Sanitary facilities: The building has two bathrooms (on the 1st floor with a shower corner and on the 2nd floor with a bathtub and shower niche) and three toilets (on the 1st floor a separate toilet, on the 2nd floor one separate toilet and one toilet in the bathroom).

Electricity is paid upon departure after reading the electricity meter

A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is collected immediately upon arrival.

A deposit for booking a stay in the amount of 50% of the price of the stay is paid in advance within 5 days after ordering the date

The supplement for the stay is also paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before the start of the stay

It is also possible to pay the entire amount at once

Cancellation fees: If the client cancels accommodation 90-30 days before, 15% of the accommodation price will be charged, 29-14 days 40% and 13-7 days 60%, 6-0 days 80%

Cancellation fees do not apply if the client secures compensation for himself, or for very serious reasons, which will be assessed by the owner of the building after agreement.

The fee for recreation is CZK 13 per person per day, and persons under the age of 18 do not pay.

The standard capacity of the building (without extra beds) is 10 people, and possible 2 extra beds are charged (CZK 200/1pc/night for a week stay; CZK 300/1pc/night for a weekend stay).
