We equipped the cottage for a family and our goal is to offer recreation of a higher quality than is usual in our regions

The rental price includes a fully equipped kitchen, common room, luxury L`Occitane cosmetics, 20 Nespresso coffee capsules per week, electricity consumption

energy, wood for the fireplace, final basic cleaning and recreation fee, infrared sauna, bedding and towels, children's equipment, use of washing machine and dryer, gas grill on the terrace

Parking at the cottage in the parking lot Horní domky P1 is for an extra charge of 180 CZK/day

Or possible parking at the cottage 150 CZK/day

A mountain stream flows behind the cottage, although we are not alone, it creates a holiday atmosphere

In winter, you can put on your ski boots and whether you go left or right, you can be sure to reach the cable car

We thought long and hard about the equipment of the log cabin, so that it would be as comfortable as possible for us and all the guests

The basis is comfortable large beds made of solid wood from a Czech manufacturer

We chose beds from JITONA, which won an award for design

The Mamma collection was designed by the successful VRTIŠKA•ŽÁK studio

The basic motif of the entire collection is playfulness, moderation and a combination of materials

The beds are characterized by a gentle and elegant form in combination with natural materials and sophisticated details

The collection received the Czech Grand Design nomination and won the national round of the EDIDA competition

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price includes accommodation, basic final cleaning, city fee, consumption of water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and used wood in the fireplace, use of the infrared sauna

It does not include parking at the P1 parking lot directly at the cottage or at the neighbor's.

Arrival on the starting day is possible after 3:00 p.m

On the day of departure, it is necessary to leave the cottage by 10:00 in the morning

In the event that no one arrives before or after you as agreed.

When booking, please state the number of adults and the number of children under 3 years - we will prepare a cot.

We also offer gift vouchers for accommodation.

Method of payment and refundable deposit:

Before entering the accommodation, guests pay the full price when creating the order (indicate the name and date of stay in the payment note)

On the day of arrival, guests pay a refundable deposit of CZK 10,000 in cash when signing the accommodation contract

The deposit is fully refundable after the end of the stay, in case there is no damage to the equipment or the entire building

We care deeply about the log cabin, so we ask that you treat it and all of its equipment with respect and care.

CANCELLATION:

No cancellation fee in case of withdrawal within 40 days or more before the agreed arrival at the accommodation

50% of the total accommodation price when canceling the order 39 – 21 days before the agreed arrival at the accommodation

75% of the total price of the accommodation when withdrawing from the order 21 – 14 days before the agreed arrival at the accommodation

100% of the total price of the accommodation when withdrawing from the order 13-0 days before the agreed arrival at the accommodation.

The cancellation fee represents compensation for damage caused by the accommodation provider, and in case of complete cancellation of the ordered services, the guests will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the paid deposit.
