CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS and FEES - If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the entire deposit will be returned - If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable - If the stay cannot be carried out due to a government regulation (restriction of the movement of people, worsened epidemiological situation, etc.), then deposits are returned in full or the dates of stay ARRIVAL (CHECK - IN) and DEPARTURE (CHECK - OUT)- Arrival on the day of the start of the stay is possible between 3 – 9 p.m
