The cottage (40m2) has been partially renovated, upon your arrival you will have fragrant washed bed linen, everything is tidy and everything is ready for your rest, both in the form of sports activities, of which there are many in the area in every season (ski lifts, bowling, viewpoints, tourist routes), through relaxation (sauna at Troják, e.g

) to culture (summer cinema).

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: Bathroom with shower and toilet, hall, bedroom, kitchen and living room

The bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 people measuring 200x80cm and one bed measuring 200x140cm

There is a 200x130cm folding bed in the living room

The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, sandwich maker, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, wine glasses, cutlery, crockery...

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: Solid fuel stove with heat exchanger - radiators, open fireplace

A sufficient amount of wood for the winter season is available at the cottage, and upon agreement it is possible to come to the heated cottage.

Transportation, parking: You can reach the cottage on a public road, only the last 100m on an unpaved road, parking for 1 vehicle right next to the cottage (in the winter months it is not possible to reach the cottage, but there is a parking lot 150m from the cottage).

Dining

There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle... A short distance from the cottage (700m) is a newly opened local pub with Pilsner on tap and other small snacks (open mostly in the summer season).

1.5 km from the cottage there are 2 restaurants, one of which is operated by the owners of the burnt down well-known tourist cottage Tesák, offering a wide selection of food from venison to Czech cuisine and 100m from this restaurant there is the Pod Kyčerou Restaurant

Further 4 km down the road from the cottage is the "Troják" resort, where you can choose from a hotel, restaurant, sauna, bowling, playground, ... up to ski slopes.

The cottage includes an outdoor covered sitting area with a wonderful view of the countryside and a large outdoor fireplace where you can grill, roast burritos or just sit by the fire

After agreement, it is possible to leave table football, darts, bikes, cross-country skis, skis and others

There is a sufficient amount of wood for the winter season available at the cottage, and upon agreement it is possible to come to the heated cottage, how many degrees you want 

A guide will be prepared for you in the cottage with the surroundings, excursion routes.
