The price includes normal consumption of water, electricity, heating of the cottage and a resort fee.
The price also includes clean bed linen and final cleaning
Everyone does the rough cleaning themselves (washed dishes, rubbish in the bin and sweep up gross dirt).
The sauna is for a fee according to the energy consumed (CZK 30/kWh).
A refundable deposit for the cottage and its equipment of CZK 2,000 is paid upon arrival when taking over the cottage.
A deposit for the stay of CZK 12,000 is payable to the owner's account in advance - after booking a free date in the reservation system, you will be sent instructions for paying the deposit, after the payment has been credited, the reservation will be confirmed.
The surcharge is paid 10 days before arrival, after payment you will be sent instructions for arrival, including contact with the property manager.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the stay by the guest within 8-30 days prior to arrival, the paid deposit is forfeited to the owner, in case of cancellation of the stay by the guest within 0-7 days prior to arrival, the entire price of the stay is forfeited to the owner.
