Our cottage was built as the second one in Pastviny in 1956 and sensitively reconstructed in 2019 with regard to wooden interiors, it is equipped with old restored but also completely new furniture, which also includes the latest modern equipment, after all, see for yourself...
Around the cottage there is over 1300 m² of land, in front of the cottage there is a brick grill with seating
The cottage was newly renovated in 2019. The living floor area is approx. 110m², so you will have plenty of space everywhere
We could certainly try to "stuff" more people into the cottage, but we like space around us, so our cottage is only for a maximum of 5 people.
Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor:
Entrance hall: when entering the cottage, there is an entrance hall with hangers and a bench, where you can comfortably store your tops + shoes for about 5 people
Annex: the room called the annex is equipped with 2 beds (new) and is walk-through
Living room: on the ground floor there is a large living room with LCD TV (diagonal 100 cm), sofa set, and dining table
Kitchen: on the ground floor there is a kitchen with induction hob, sink, fridge, retro microwave, retro kettle, retro toaster, and
Bathroom: newly built bathroom, the bathroom has a new shower niche with a glass door
Toilet: new separate toilet
Porch: from the porch there is access to the balcony
1ST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: in the bedroom there is one bed (new) + space for your portable baby cot
Bedroom 2: in this bedroom there is a second LCD TV + DVD player, there are two beds (new)

If you have bikes with you, you can lock them in the basement.

(After termination, the consumed electricity is paid
energy - rate per 1 kwh according to the ČEZ price list for 2023 (approx. CZK 6.50)........with normal use of the cottage by clients, electricity comes out +/- up to CZK 500 (week))
Important !!!!!! upon handing over, a deposit of CZK 5,000 is collected for damage to the cottage!!!!!!!
