The time of arrival and departure is not fixed, it is agreed according to the needs of the guests

The date of accommodation is bindingly confirmed after payment of the advance invoice, which is 50% of the total price of the accommodation

The additional payment is due 5 days before boarding

The price includes the rental of bed linen, energy and water consumption, final cleaning

The price is for the entire building, regardless of the number of guests

Cancellation of the deposit: The deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days before the date of stay.

A fee is payable in cash on the day of boarding, according to the municipal decree, namely CZK 20.00 per person (adult) and day of stay (the day of departure is not paid)

A refundable deposit of CZK 1,000 is paid on the day of arrival - a deduction is possible in case of damage or loss of equipment.
