We offer to rent a cottage in the Ore Mountains at an altitude of 889 m n

m

The cottage is located in a quiet settlement Dlouhá Louka near Oseka in the district of Teplice

It is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and cross -country skiing

There are hiking trails, cycling and cross -country ski route

In the adjacent forests there is the possibility of collecting blueberries and mushrooming

The cottage is suitable for couples, smaller groups and families with children

Pets are welcome and free (but there are no fences)

Out in front of the cottage is sitting at the fireplace, there is also a grill

6 adults will sleep comfortably, but more people stay eg

Own inflatable mattresses do not mind anything, everything can be arranged :-)

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: Cottage contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 smaller bedroom with bunk bed (beds are wider, so you can sleep in 2 people on one bed - rather adult + child or younger pairs) and living room with 2 folding armchairs

There is also equipped kitchen, spacious hallway and in the back of the cottage there is a utility room, where the space is suitable for bicycle or cross -country skiing.

Sanitary facilities: In the cottage there is 1 bathroom with flush toilet, sink and shower

Water is utility but a large container with drinking water will be prepared for you

Warning: In winter (about November - February) In the case of frosts the water supply is closed, it is necessary to go to the water to the nearby well for water

Heating: The cottage is heated by fireplace and in the bedrooms and bathrooms are heaters.

Transportation, parking: Parking right at the cottage

In winter, the journey is maintained, in the case of extreme conditions it is possible to park free (with parking card) in a modified parking lot (about 700m)

Dining

Boarding and shopping: There is a guest house and a restaurant of the crossroads and the Pivnice on the rectory, other dining and shopping options are then in nearby Osek (6 km) and Litvínov (10 km).

Cabin furnishings

There is a TV in the living room, a folding table and a fireplace stove

The kitchen is equipped for common use: fridge, 2 -filled cooker, microwave and electric kettle, dolce coffee machine, dishes, cutlery ..

Next to the fireplace there is a children's sandpit "Turtle", in the cottage are board board games (man, scrabble, cards, etc.) and outdoor games for children and adults (badminton, lazy tennis, skittles, petangue ..

)

The price does not include: energy consumption (12 CZK/kWh) - it is paid according to consumption at the end of the stay, tourist fee to the municipality (30 CZK/adult/day)
