A fully equipped luxury home which accommodates up to 8 guests.

Chalet Vallée is located in the Orlické Mountains on such an exclusive place secluded from any rush. Chalet Vallée, that is a destination with a stunning view and outstanding design.

It is surrounded by a large private garden area including patio, fire pit and even larger wildlife nature area all around.

Here, on a bank of mountain river you will find divine peace, magical sunsets, and space to breathe in absolute freedom.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor you can find spacious kitchen fully equiped for cooking for the whole group. In the same open space there is a cozy sitting area with an open view over the ridge of Eagle Mountains.

A comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV and a fireplace will provide you with a pleasant time even in rainy weather.

Next to the living area, through a hallway, is a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Big advantage of the chalet is definately a big gamesroom, which provides fun for both children and adults. Children will find there not just a lot of toys and building blocks, but also a climbing bars with a slide. And adults can get in a sport mood by playing table soccer.

On the first floor of the house you will find three really bright and airy bedrooms and a bathroom.

An exquisite bedroom „Stardust“ with one double and one single bed and with a stunning view through large windows over the whole east facing wall.

A Bedroom just nextdoor, called „Bali“, with a double bed and cozy tranquile atmosphere reminds you that easy holiday vibe, you should tune into.

And last but not least. A bedroom, we do call „In the Forest“, with a double and a single bed, accomodates you in cozy armchair under the leaves of real tree.

in the upper bathroom you can find a sink, toilet and a comfortable bathtub.

Sanitary facilities: 2x bathrooms with WC

The lower bathroom has a shower.

The upper bathroom has a bathtub.

Heating: Underfloor heating in the entire house, which is provided by an automatic pellet boiler.

In living area is a firestove and we do provide a complimentary firewood for your stay.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly at the cottage for 4 cars.

Dining

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and if you don`t feel like cooking, there are several restaurants nearby.

We recommend combining food with a trip and go visit e. g. Kozí Chlívek in Deštné.

In Neratov there is a Hospoda restaurant, a bistro and a small local brewery.

If you don`t feel like going anywhere, take a walk to the Záhoří hotel and combine it with a visit to the famous Kyhanka confectionery, where incredible desserts, excellent coffee and homemade lemonades await you.

Cabin furnishings

In the kitchen you will find a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, soda maker, coffee maker and also everything needed for cooking and dining.

Next to the kitchen you will find a pantry and waste recycling boxes. We do prefer separated waste, and so we provide bins for plastics, cardboard and glass.

Flat screen TV, connected to an internet.

Outside patio with seating area and a gas grill, gives a shade on sunny days and shed on rainy evenings.

In the garden, there is also a yoga terrace, a fire pit, a sandpit, a kids climbing area, in summer season a trampoline. The chalet is built on a bank of a river so clean, that you can`t resist to take a cold swim.

Towels and soaps are provided in the bathroom.

You can also use the washing machine. Laundry detergent is provided.

The price of accommodation includes energy consumption, cleaning, washing of bed linen and wood used in the fireplace.

50% of the price of the stay is payable within 2 days after the reservation is made, the remaining 50%, including an increase by a refundable deposit in the amount of CZK 5,000, is payable 1 day before the start of the stay.

The deposit is returned to the client`s account within 5 days of the end of the stay.

For weekly stays in high season, the arrival and departure day is Friday (arrival at 5:00 p.m. and sign out at 10:00 a.m. on departure day)
