We are now offering a cottage for rent in the village of Mlýneček u Mrákova

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed

Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet

There is only domestic water at the cottage

There is a barrel of 17 liters and 6 PET bottles for cooking and drinking

Water should be saved, due to the severe drought caused by deforestation in the area around the cottage

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds

The bedroom, where there are single beds, is connected to a separate bedroom with a double bed

The cottage also has a basement suitable for storing food

Chata Mlýneček is located near Mrákov na Chodsk

The location of the cottage is right next to the forest and has been completely renovated

It is a picturesque village with 15 houses and approximately 30 inhabitants

The village is located about 3 km south of Mrákov

The cottage is right next to the forest and close to the state border with the Federal Republic of Germany

The Folmava border crossing is 12 km away and the Všeruba border crossing is 10 km away

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a residential basement, ground floor and first floor

On the ground floor there are sanitary facilities, a kitchen and a living room with the possibility of an extra bed

There are two bedrooms on the first floor

One single with a double bed, where there are two separate mattresses and one through, where there are 2 single beds.

Sanitary facilities: WC, shower and sink.

Heating: Local solid fuel using a fireplace stove and also a storage stove in the living room and a direct heater in the bedroom.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible in front of the plot by the cottage (the road ends here) or directly on the plot by the cottage.

The nearest restaurant is the village of Starý Klíčov, which is approx

2 km.

Cabin furnishings

The building has a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and commonly used dishes

There is also a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a gas double boiler.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is rented from May 1, 2021 - year-round.

Chod festival: 5/8/2023-19/8/2029 price CZK 9,999/week.

Outside the summer season: CZK 7,999.

A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is payable on site, payable upon arrival and refundable upon departure, as long as there is no damage to the building, equipment or garden

Any excess electricity consumption is also covered from the deposit

For persons under the age of 26, the deposit is set at CZK 10,000 (does not apply to young families with children).

The price includes electricity consumption of 3OKWh, another 10 CZK per 1KWh

The price also includes a tea towel, towel and water consumption

Water should be used sparingly, due to the drought caused by deforestation in the area around the cottage.

Bed linen is not included in the price of the stay.

Cleaning of the cottage CZK 1000, in case the cottage is not cleaned as it was upon arrival.
