CHATA KOULE is located above the village of Mikulov in the Ore Mountains, i.e. the beautiful surroundings of the Ore Mountains, on the hill opposite the ski slope, just before the border with Germany, just over the hill is the town of Altenberg, approx. sporting events, kilometers of cross-country trails in winter, when there is no snow, the mountains offer endless cycle paths, more in the hiking section

The cottage is the last of the cottage area directly under the forest above us is the peak of Pramenáč and the route of the famous Mikulovský railway, so you can get to/from the cottage 4 times a day by train

The station is approximately 400m away on foot

The first skiing is 800m from us, when you return you will not miss the tourist trophy in the form of a hike back to the cottage, which is, however, deservedly rewarded with a whirlpool and a heated sauna

The COTTAGE is designed for fun and relaxation with friends/family, you are here alone without any manager or supervision.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has 4 separate bedrooms with double beds, a playroom with sleeping space for two adults + two children equipped with a large television with playstation3 and games, a living room with seating for 10 people and a large-screen TV with online playback, USB, regular programs and again a second playstation3. From the living room you can go straight to the kitchen, which is modernly equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, AMERICAN FRIDGE WITH FREEZER and everything you need for cooking

There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet

You can also use the dining room for 6-8 people, which is right in the corridor and is used for dining and playing party games

You will also find a second toilet in the corridor (after all, there won't be a queue of 10 people for one in the morning)

From the living room/kitchen you can run straight to the terrace in the summer, where there are sunbeds ready for sunbathing, or you can enjoy breakfast here

There is also a second terrace outside where you can have a large barbecue

In the basement there is a space with table football (for a fee, also a pipe and a keg), there is a space where you can safely store your bikes, skis and other gear

The bedrooms always have double beds from 160x200cm

Two bedrooms have their own TV with the possibility of playback from USB.

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet, Second toilet in the corridor.

Heating: The cottage is heated by radiators with an electric boiler, but you can warm up in the FIREPLACE, which is the center of the action - with us, you won't be cold!

Transportation, parking: Parking at the cottage for 3 cars

ATTENTION: THE COTTAGE IS ON A STEEP HILL AND IF THERE IS SNOW IT CANNOT BE ACCESSED WITH A CAR WITHOUT A 4x4 AND A CHAIN

IN THE WINTER SEASON, VEHICLES ARE LEFT NEAR THE CHURCH AND YOU CAN WALK 600m UP THE HILL! WE ARE MOSTLY ABLE TO ARRANGE PICK UP OF THINGS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY AND PICK UP AT THE END OF THE STAY - HOWEVER, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE!

Modern equipped kitchen, with induction hob, microwave, American fridge with freezer, oven, blender, kettle, saucepans, pans, cutlery, knives, cutting board, spices and more!

Starting days are Thursday and Sunday, which also results in the dates:

THURSDAY/FRIDAY - SUNDAY = 3 nights (weekend stay)

SUNDAY - THURSDAY = 4 nights

SUNDAY - SUNDAY = 7 nights

We collect 1/2 non-refundable deposit in advance, additional payment on the spot

The deposit is CZK 10,000

Additional energy is paid according to reality (300-1000/night) and possibly wood, wine...

Cleaning, bed linen, wellness are included in the price and we will also pay the resort fee to the village for you.
