The weather doesn't matter, you can grill on the terrace even when it's raining

We haven't forgotten your little ones either, who can play in front of the cottage on the children's playground with a slide or make arrangements on the green lawn

When you get tired of sports, games and hiking, you can enjoy the view of the Iron Mountains region, the nearby ruins of Lichnice Castle and the hills looming on the horizon

Our cottage is located near the forest near the village of Míčov

The village is located in a beautiful wooded region on the southwestern edge of the Chrudim region on the ridge of the Iron Mountains at an altitude of almost 500 m

The entire cadastral territory includes the municipalities of Míčov, Sušice, Jetonice, Zbyslavec and Rudov

263 inhabitants live here, the total area of ​​the village is 1,237 ha

The highest peak in the cadastre of the municipality is Krkaňka (566 m

), from which, in good weather, there is a view from the steep slopes of Ronov nad Doubravau and further towards Čáslav

Due to its altitude and hilly terrain, there are many other wonderful viewpoints such as

the road between the villages of Míčov and Sušice, where, in good weather, there is a view of the Eagle Mountains and Krkonoše, including the highest mountain of the Czech Republic, Sněžka, or a beautiful panorama from Vávrova kopce to the ruins of Lichnice Castle, to Podhrádí and further into the region

Thanks to this, many popular hiking and cycling routes pass through the village and its surroundings, which are widely used by tourists, especially during the summer.

Area in front of the cottage: There is an illuminated terrace with an electric socket equipped with chairs and benches, in front of the cottage there is a fire pit and a children's slide with swings

You can hide the bikes in the garage.

Sanitary facilities: The building has one bathroom and toilet with underfloor heating and a shower.

Heating: Underfloor heating, direct heating and air conditioning are included in the price.

Transportation, parking: Parking for 3 cars is right next to the cottage, I will send a map with the access route to your email after booking

The building is ready for you from 2 p.m

Beds will be prepared for you, including pre-ordered cots (mattress, duvet and pillow)

For a week's stay, you have two towels and a tea towel per person

On the day of departure, it is necessary to leave the building by 10 o'clock

If the room is not subsequently occupied by other guests, it is possible to move the departure time after agreement with the owner

Another option is to store your luggage until the afternoon hours in the space designated for it.

The deposit for accommodation is 50% of the total price of the stay, the remaining 50% of the price is payable no later than 14 days before the start of the stay

PAYMENT TERMS

Reservation of accommodation is subject to payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price for accommodation, by bank transfer or in cash

The supplement is payable within 7 days of the start of the stay or in cash on the spot upon arrival

The due date of the deposit is determined by the accommodation provider in the reservation form with other documents for payment of the deposit.

Possibility of payment from FKSP - we will issue an invoice for the employer.

CANCELLATION OF TERMS

In cases where, according to the agreed contract for accommodation in a boarding house, the customer is obliged to pay cancellation fees to the boarding house operator, their amount is determined according to the number of days from the decisive fact that establishes the obligation to pay them to the start of the provision of the first service

If the canceled beds are occupied under the same conditions, you will be refunded 90% of the amount (accommodation deposit).
