This Tiny House is located in the picturesque Malešov near Kutná Hora
The house is after complete reconstruction in modern and design
Stands on a raised land, just above the Hamerský pond
From the house and from the whole garden is a beautiful view of this large water area, full of fish, pair of swans and groups of ducks
The fenced large plot ensures enough privacy and peace
Right from the house it is possible to go for a walk (for example with your dog), around the pond to nearby forests, or in the opposite direction to the historic center of Malešov with a friendly brewery and a renovated fortress

Everything is new and tastefully furnished
Outdoor portable fireplaces and plenty of wood or barbecue on a large gas grill on the terrace, will delight lovers of good food and romance.

In the attic there is a pleasant bedroom lined with a modern style
An interesting element is the large semicircular windows
The generous sleeping area offers new mattresses on the 2x2 m pallets
It is possible to watch a pond with the surrounding nature from the bed
There is also a folding sofa with a futon, to relax with a book or overnight another person

Steep and narrow stairs lead to the attic
Stairs are fitted with handles on both sides
On the ground floor there is a smaller bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and bar, small living space with fireplace

The breathtaking view from the kitchen and living room provides French doors that lead to a large 6x5m terrace

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the house on a fenced private land
Available from the main road along the municipal unpaved road about 50m.
When you get tired of watching the shimmering waves of the water surface, you can go with a relaxing walk that takes about 15 min
to the center of Malešov
There is a friendly brewery where you can taste local specials and choose from the menu something to eat
Refreshments at the church offer excellent ice cream, panins, fries, etc.

We did not deliberately recall a TV but a smooth internet connection via WiFi allows you to watch your favorite movies on your electronic devices

The price includes normal energy consumption (25 kWh/day, each additional kWh +7CZK), wood consumption for fireplace and wood on the outdoor fireplace.
The reservation is valid after payment of the entire amount of + 1.000,- CZK Refundable deposit
It will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the building and deduction of electricity consumption.
