COTTAGE BETWEEN SPRUCES
Our cottage is located under Lysa Hora in close proximity to the Malenovice ski area
The village of Malenovice is a beautiful foothills village with a lot of diverse activities, e.g
hiking tours in the area, cycling, and of course skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter
The forests here are full of mushrooms, blueberries, blackberries and other natural wealth
After your walk, you can warm up in the Finnish sauna and enjoy the aroma in the form of scented oils, or just relax with a book in hand on a lounger in our wellness area overlooking the forest
On the spacious wooden terrace, a whirlpool bath with warm water, colored lighting and many options of massage jets awaits you

Bedrooms and rooms: There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, in the 1st bedroom there is a bed 200x200 + a chest of drawers, in the 2nd bedroom a bed 190x200, a chest of drawers and a wooden cot, in the 3rd bedroom there are two bunk beds of size 80x200 and 80x190, two chests of drawers and an LCD TV
We have added a large closet for your things in the hallway
On the same floor there is a bathroom with a large shower and a sink, a separate toilet with a sink.
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a toilet with a washing machine and a dryer, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a sink in the wellness area
On the 2nd floor, WC with sink, bathroom with shower and sink.
Heating: Electric floor heating in the entire building or fireplace stove in the living area.
Transportation, parking: Covered parking for two cars, possibility to park right next to the cottage for approx. 4 cars
The access road is a paved forest road approx. 200 m long, in case of a large amount of snow it is possible to park under the cottage in a parking lot 200 m away, we recommend snow chains, 4x4 drive in winter.
The external equipment of the building includes a whirlpool, located on a spacious wooden terrace, outdoor seating with a quality barbecue

You also have at your disposal a brick "spinning room" where table tennis is prepared for you, where you can leave the sports equipment you bring with you - bikes, skis, sleds, strollers...

In high season the minimum stay is 3 nights, in low season the minimum stay is 2 nights
When making a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay, which is payable within 3 working days, otherwise the reservation will be canceled
31 or more days before arrival 50% deposit cancellation fee, 30 days or less before arrival 100% deposit cancellation fee
The heating is electric underfloor throughout the building, you can also use the fireplace in the living area, all energy is included in the price
You will also have bedding, towels, sheets for the sauna, tea towels, cleaning products, tablets for the dishwasher ready at your disposal
Staying with us is without pets.
The resort fee to the village is collected upon arrival and amounts to CZK 30 per person/night aged 18 - 70 years.
Refundable deposit on arrival in the amount of CZK 10,000.
