We offer recreational accommodation in the newly reconstructed cottage in Malá Moravě

The capacity of the whole building is 16 persons

The pool is covered and heated

Near the tourist resort of Dolní Morava (many ski slopes, Mamuříkův water park, trees trail, bobsleigh track, etc.), Kralický Sněžník and source of the Morava River, Holba brewery with museum, artillery fortress Hůrka, Military Museum and much more.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: Bottom floor: 2 x bedrooms (5 + 3 beds) incl.

Upper floor: 2 x bedrooms (5+ 4 beds) incl

bedding and bath towels.

Sanitary facilities: Separate bathroom with shower and toilet on both floors.

Heating: The object is heated by central heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly on the grassy area in front of the house (min

3 parking spaces, more parking and more).

Dining

Only own meals - there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances

Alternatively, the possibility of a restaurant at a distance of 1.2km from the house.

Cabin furnishings

Both floors have a kitchen, (fully equipped: kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, etc.

)

On the lower floor there is a living room with a dining area

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Upon onset, we select a refundable deposit of 3000, -CZK, which will be returned after the stay.

Recreational fee to the municipality over 18 years 10, -CZK /os./Den.

Reservation is made after payment of an advance of 50% of the price of stay

The rest pays a week before the start of the stay.

Arrival time from 14:00 pm

(another time can be arranged individually), departure to 10:00 am.

Before departure, the customer will clean the cottage and hand it over to the owner in the state of taking it at the beginning of his stay, otherwise the amount of 2 000, -CZK is charged.

Cancel fee:

a) cancellation of reservation more than 60 days before boarding - 100% backup return (an administration fee of 100, -CZK will be deducted)

b) cancellation of reservation less 60 days to 30 days before boarding - 50% return of advance

c) Cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days - the deposit will not be returned.
