We offer holiday accommodation in a newly reconstructed cottage in Lesser Moravia

The capacity of the entire building is 16 people

The pool is covered and heated

In the vicinity, the Dolní Morava tourist resort (many slopes, Mamutík water park, Treetop Trail, bobsleigh track, etc.), Kralický Sněžník and the spring of the Morava River, Holba Brewery with museum, Hůrka Artillery Fort, military museum and much more.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: Lower floor: 2 x bedrooms (5 + 3 beds) incl

Upper floor: 3 x bedrooms (4 + 2 +3 beds) incl

sheets and towels.

Sanitary facilities: Separate bathroom with shower and toilet on both floors.

Heating: The object is heated by central heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly on the grassy area in front of the house (min

3 parking spaces, with economical parking and more).

Dining

Self catering only - there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances

Alternatively, the possibility of a restaurant at a distance of 1.2 km from the house.

Cabin furnishings

Both floors have a kitchen (fully equipped: kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, etc.

)

On the lower floor there is a living room with a dining area.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Upon arrival, we collect a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000, which will be returned after the end of the stay.

Recreational fee for the village over 18 years CZK 10/person/day.

The reservation is made after paying a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay

The rest is paid a week before the start of the stay.

Arrival time from 2:00 p.m

(other time can be arranged individually), departure by 10:00 a.m.

Before departure, the customer will clean the cottage and hand it over to the owner in the condition in which he received it at the beginning of the stay, otherwise, the amount of CZK 1,000 will be charged.

Cancellation fee:

a) cancellation of the reservation more than 60 days before arrival - 100% refund of the deposit (CZK 100 administration fee will be deducted)

b) cancellation of reservation less than 60 days to 30 days before arrival - 50% refund of deposit

c) cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days - the deposit will not be returned.

Rotation Saturday/Saturday.
