Cozy and newly built double cottage is located in Lojzovy Paseky, directly 190m from Lake Lipno. The building is built in a unique place in the woods on a large (4000m²) and unlimited land, which is a guarantee of privacy. There is also a fireplace with seating on the plot. The unit is for 6 people and is located on the first floor with a spacious balcony, equipped with garden furniture. Private entrance is a guarantee of privacy. Not only healthy forest air but also a whirlpool for six people will relax. The place invites not only to fishing, swimming, mushroom picking and trips around the beautiful surroundings, but also to sports activities.
Possibility to rent the whole cottage for 12 people.

Bedrooms and rooms: The unit is located on the first floor, thus guaranteeing a perfect view of both Lipno Lake and the completely untouched forest life, which you can perceive from the large balcony, where you can sit with your morning coffee. The unit consists of two separate bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen is always ready for our guests. The beds are already perfectly covered.
Sanitary facilities: WC connected with shower. Towels and bath towels are always fragrant.
Heating: Heating by luxury fireplace.
Transportation, parking: Parking is in front of the cottage on a gravel road.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, there is also a refrigerator with freezer, microwave and kettle. Cutlery, plates, glasses and mugs are freely available.
The cottage is fully equipped from the kitchen to the provision of bed linen.
