Bedrooms and rooms: The bedroom is located in the attic, where there is 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds separated by a partition from the double bed

In the living room there is a fold-out corner sofa for two people

A beautiful and restful sleep will be provided by 7-zone pocket luxury mattresses.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: Possibility of heating in a fireplace stove and a heat pump in every room.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly in the garden under the shelter

The access road to the cottage is a dirt road just behind the vineyard by the main road.

In the summer season, we prefer to rent for a whole week from Saturday to Saturday

The price includes bed linen and towels, bath towels, final cleaning

There is always clean water in the luxurious wellis whirlpool before arrival, the weekly price for renting a bathtub is CZK 2,500

Wood for the fireplace and heating for a fee of 300 CZK

Electricity consumption

energy is included in the price of the stay

Only the operation of the whirlpool according to consumption is covered

At the start of the rental, a security deposit is made - a principal amount of CZK 1,500, which is returned upon departure after deduction of electricity.

We do not charge cancellation fees

From 2023, Paddleboards will be available for rent at a price of 2500 CZK per week, two pieces

A binding reservation deposit of 50% of the price to a bank account is required within 5 working days of the reservation

Payment information will be sent to you by e-mail

The additional payment is due no later than 2 days before the start date to the bank account.
